House Hackonomics Book

This is the only real estate investment book to ever get my attention & keep it! The book is very clear, concise, informs you about the ups & downs of real estate investing. However, on the other hand, it's also motivating; the author encourages you so that you actually feel that it's possible to become a real estate investor! I especially like how the 4,3,2,1 strategy is broken down plainly for your average Non-real estate investor to understand. The book is very well written & motivating.
